We fell down every Google rabbit hole, sat in waiting rooms not knowing what came next, and lost count of all the "what-ifs" and "could be worse" comments. We wanted comforting, practical resources in terms we could actually understand - because we know those long medical names left you with more questions than comfort, just like they did us.
